Deposit Cryptocurrency into Your Nebeus Account

Depositing cryptocurrency into your Nebeus account is quick and secure. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth deposit process:

Step 1: Log in to Your Nebeus Account

Log in to your Nebeus account using the web platform or the mobile app.

Step 2: Go to the Wallet Section

Navigate to the Wallet section from the main dashboard.


Step 3: Select the Cryptocurrency

In your wallet, select the cryptocurrency you wish to deposit.

Step 4: Click "Deposit"

Once you've selected the cryptocurrency, click the "Deposit" button.

You will be shown the following:

  • Your deposit address

  • A QR code for easy scanning with your crypto wallet app

Use either method to proceed with the transfer.


Step 5: Confirm the Network

Before initiating the deposit, make sure you are using the correct blockchain network for the selected cryptocurrency (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.).

Deposits made using the wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds.

Step 6: Send the Funds

Using your external wallet:

  • Enter the Nebeus deposit address

  • Confirm the network matches the one shown in your Nebeus wallet

  • If applicable, include any required additional information (e.g., memo, tag, gas fee)

Step 7: Wait for Confirmation

Your funds will be credited to your Nebeus account once the required number of confirmations is received on the blockchain.
