If you have a Nebeus IBAN Account, topping it up is simple and convenient. Depending on your account type, you’ll have either a Dedicated IBAN (which supports 3rd-party payments) or a Virtual IBAN (vIBAN) (which supports 1st-party payments only). You may find more information in here.
Follow the steps below to fund your IBAN Account:
Log in to your Nebeus account via the web or mobile app.
Go to the Deposit section and select IBAN, or navigate directly to the IBAN section from your dashboard.
You’ll see your top-up options and the following details:
Your personal IBAN
Account holder name
Sort code (if applicable)
Depending on your account, you may have one of the following:
Dedicated IBAN
Allows third-party transfers.
You can receive funds from external individuals or businesses.
Virtual IBAN (vIBAN)
Allows first-party transfers only.
Funds must be sent from a bank account in your name.
Please confirm your IBAN type before initiating a deposit, as this determines the type of transfers you can receive.
Use your regular banking app or service to start a transfer.
Enter your personal Nebeus IBAN and double-check that all details are correct.
Your funds will be credited to your IBAN Account once the transaction is confirmed.
