How to Activate your Crypto Card?

To start using it for your cryptocurrency transactions and payments, you'll need to activate it. Follow these simple steps to activate your card:

Activation via QR Code (Web Browser)

  1. Open a Web Browser: Start by opening a web browser on your computer or mobile device.
  2. Access the Activation Page: Visit the activation page provided in the instructions that came with your card. This page should display a QR code for activation.
  3. Scan the QR Code: Use your device's camera or a QR scanner to scan the QR code displayed on the web page. This will initiate the activation process.
  4. Confirmation: After successfully completing the activation process, you should receive a confirmation message. Your Crypto Card is now ready to use for your cryptocurrency transactions.

Activation via Mobile App (For Crypto Account)

If you prefer to activate your Crypto Card using the mobile app, here's how:

1. Open the App: Launch the mobile app associated with your Crypto Account.

2. Navigate to Cards: In the app, navigate to the "Cards" section. This is typically found in the main menu. 
Click or Tap in "Activate"



3. Enter CVC Code: Locate your Crypto Card and enter the CVC (Card Verification Code) provided on the back of your card. This code is used to verify your ownership of the card.
Connect Card to Crypto Account: Follow the prompts to connect your card to your Crypto Account. This may involve confirming your identity or providing additional details.

​Click or tap in  "Activate" button associated with your card. Press this button to initiate the activation process.




4. Confirmation: After successfully completing the activation steps, you should receive a confirmation message within the app. Your Crypto Card is now activated and ready for use.

Please note that the QR scanner mentioned above is intended for web browser use only and is not functional within the mobile app. Follow the steps corresponding to your chosen method to activate your Crypto Card successfully.
