    Make sure your transaction was successfully sent by checking it on a blockchain explorer using your transaction hash.
  • Confirmations
    Deposits require a certain number of network confirmations before they appear in your account. This can take some time depending on the network.
  • Correct address
    Double-check that you used the correct deposit address for the selected cryptocurrency.
