Impact Affiliates at Nebeus - FAQs

Please note that Nebeus does not issue direct payments to clients coming from affiliates. All commissions are managed and released to the corresponding receiver through the Impact platform, based on what is tracked and verified there.

1. Why was my application rejected?

There are several reasons why your application may be rejected, but the most common one is related to location. If you're registered in a country that is not eligible for account creation, your application is likely to be declined. However, if you are based in a non-eligible country but have a promotional audience in eligible markets, you can reapply by emailing us your Impact ID and briefly explaining your communication strategy as well as markets.

Another common reason is a mismatch between the content described in your Impact profile and the actual content on your social channels or websites. If your content is not relevant to Nebeus, or we believe the partnership may not be fruitful, the application may also be declined.

2. Which countries can I promote to earn payouts?

All countries not listed there are eligible and can be freely promoted.

However, some products or services may be restricted due to local regulations, so it's important to check product availability in your audience's region.

3. Which countries are best to promote?

Countries in the European Union are the most recommended, as all Nebeus services are fully available there — making it easier to generate commissions from multiple products.

4. Why am I not seeing rewards even though I’ve referred users?

To be eligible for rewards, users must meet specific terms and conditions. It's not enough for a user to be verified — they must also make a minimum deposit, which must remain in the account for a set period.

If the user deposits funds and withdraws them shortly after, no payout will be recorded. The account must maintain a minimum balance.

Minimum deposit amounts:

  • Europe: €50

  • America: $25

5. How long does it take to receive my rewards?

It depends on each user's actions. Please refer to this page to check the locking periods for each action:

6.How can I track my rewards?

You can view all your transactions and clicks directly from your Impact dashboard.

7.How can I see if my users are from Europe or LatAm?

This information should appear in your Impact dashboard. If not, you can contact Impact support directly for further assistance.

8. Can I promote in countries outside the EU?

Yes — Nebeus is present in over many countries worldwide. However, due to regulations, some services may not be available in all regions. Always verify that the app can be downloaded and services accessed before promoting. Contact Nebeus support for a country check if needed.

9. Can my Impact application be reconsidered?

Yes. You can request a second review by emailing us. Make sure to include your Impact ID, main audience locations, and a brief description of your proposed promotional strategy.

12. My clients opened an IBAN account, but I didn’t receive a reward.

To be eligible for the IBAN reward, each user must make 3 monthly repayments. The reward is triggered only once this condition is met.

For more information about the countries eligible for IBAN you can refer to this article, new countries may be added to the supported list over time.

13. When are tracked actions locked?

Actions are locked 27 days after the end of the month in which they were recorded.
This means that once an action is registered (such as a sale or a registration), it is considered final and non-editable 27 days after the end of that calendar month.

Example: If a user registers on May 10, the action will be locked on June 27.

14. When are commissions paid?

Approved transactions are paid 20 days after the end of the month in which they were locked.
Payment does not occur at the moment of the action, but after the action is locked and verified.

Example: If the action is locked in June, the payment will be made around July 20.

15. How is a referral credited if multiple affiliates are involved?

It is credited to the affiliate who generated the account creation. If there is more than one, it is awarded to the last click.
This model combines "account creation wins" and "last click" to ensure fair attribution.


You have a 30-day window from the click.
If the user performs a valid action (such as a purchase or registration) within 30 days after clicking your link, you will receive the commission.

17. How long does a referral remain valid if the user doesn't convert immediately?

Referrals for main actions are valid for up to 365 days.
This means that if someone performs an action linked to a referral (such as a later purchase), it can be attributed up to one year after the first contact, as long as it is within the defined parameters.
