Important Update: Changes in UK Financial Promotions Regime Affecting Nebeus

We want to keep you informed about important regulatory developments that affect our services. As of October 8, 2023, the UK Financial Promotions Regime for qualifying cryptoassets has been implemented. This new rule places additional obligations on Nebeus as a cryptocurrency service provider.
Due to these regulatory changes, we are required to suspend the onboarding of new users from the United Kingdom until we can fully align our operations with the updated regulatory requirements. Please note that this suspension only affects the onboarding of new users from the UK; our existing users can continue to use our services without interruption.
We want to assure you that Nebeus takes compliance with financial regulations seriously, and we are actively working with legal advisers to navigate these changes and find a way forward that allows us to serve our UK users while meeting all regulatory obligations.
