KYC & Account Administration Fees

KYC Refresh Fee / KYC Non-Compliance Fee

Customers will be subject to a KYC/KYB Fee when they are requested to provide additional information or renew their verification data and fail to do so within the specified timeframe.
  1. Amount: €10 for individuals and €50 for businesses.
  2. Application Conditions: The fee will be applied if the user does not provide the required documentation within 30 days of the notification.

Account Administration Fee
  1. An Account Administration Fee will be applied in cases where an account is not fully operational and requires administrative supervision. This includes, but is not limited to:
  2. Accounts where the onboarding process has not been completed.
  3. Accounts subject to external claims over funds.
  4. Inactive accounts that still require Nebeus’ supervision.
  5. Amount: €30 for individuals and €50 for businesses.
  6. Application Conditions: The fee will be applied to accounts that have been under administration for more than 20 days, following prior notice to the user and a 20-day grace period.
  7. This is a one-time fee, meaning it will only be charged once per case, regardless of how long the account remains under administration.
Effective Date
These fees will come into effect on the 28th of February 2025 and will only be applied after the required notification and grace period.

User Notification
Affected users will be individually notified at least 20 days before these fees take effect.
