How to Participate
Invite Your Friend: Share your unique referral link, which can be found in your Nebeus app. Go to your profile and select "Copy Referral Link" to start inviting friends.
Friend’s Requirements: To qualify for the reward, your referred friend must:
- Sign up using your referral link.
- Verify their identity.
- Order the Nebeus Card.
- Spend a minimum of €5 using the card. Note: ATM withdrawals do not count towards this spending requirement.
Earn Your Reward: Once your friend fulfills all the required conditions, a €20 reward will be credited to your account. It’s a great way to earn extra while helping your friends discover Nebeus!

- Tap on "Copy Referral Link" to share it with friends.

Why is my pending bonus not visible in my transaction history?
If a pending bonus hasn't been generated, several reasons may account for this:
- Your friend might not have completed the requirements such as ordering the card or making a purchase, so consider gently reminding them to do so. Remember, they must meet the requirements within 30 days from the registration date, or the bonus transaction won't be reflected in your account.
- It's possible that your friend didn't use your referral link during registration.
- Please be aware that it can take up to 15 business days for the reward to be processed after the bonus transaction is generated.
Note: You will not receive a reward—or may have a previously issued reward reversed—if your invitee reverses certain actions. For example, if they close their Nebeus account within 30 days of opening it, cancel their card before receiving it, or cancel or refund a card purchase, you may be affected.
A maximum of 5 users can use the same referral code.
We are terminating our referral program on 18th of February 2025. All rewards earned before this date will be paid according to the original program terms.
