Restoring Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

If you need to restore Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for your Nebeus account, follow these steps:
  1. Open Settings: Log in to your Nebeus account and click on your avatar or profile picture located in the top right corner of the screen. A dropdown menu will appear.
  2. Choose Help Center: From the dropdown menu, select the "Help Center" option. This will take you to the Nebeus support page.
  3. Create Support Ticket: On the support page, locate the option to create a support ticket or contact the Nebeus support team. Click or tap on the appropriate button to proceed.
  4. Provide Required Information: In the support ticket, include the following information:
    1. Name
    2. Surname
    3. Email address associated with your Nebeus account
    4. Attach a copy of your identity document (e.g., passport, ID card, or resident's permit). Make sure the copy is clear and legible.
  5. Explain the Issue: In the support ticket, clearly explain that you need to restore 2FA for your Nebeus account. Mention that you have lost access to your 2FA device or experienced issues with 2FA.
  6. Submit the Support Ticket: After providing all the required information and explaining the issue, submit the support ticket to Nebeus support.
  7. Support Team Verification: The Nebeus support team will review your support ticket and verify your identity. This may involve a manual review of the provided identity document and cross-referencing it with your Nebeus account details.
  8. 2FA Deactivation: Once your identity is confirmed, the Nebeus support team will deactivate 2FA on your account. You will receive confirmation or instructions from the support team regarding the deactivation.
  9. Log in to Your Account: After receiving confirmation from the support team, log in to your Nebeus account using your email address and OTP.
  10. Re-enable 2FA: Once logged in, navigate to the account settings or security settings section. Follow the steps mentioned earlier to add Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) again to your Nebeus account using Google Authenticator.
