If you see a message about a limit on your account, it means that your account is active and approved, but currently has a limit of €300. This is because additional information may be required to increase your limit.
To increase your limit, you need to submit your source of wealth. Please refer to this article to see the types of source of wealth documents that are accepted.
Once you upload the required document, we will review it. If approved, the limit will be removed, and the message will no longer appear on your account.
If the document is incorrect, your limit will remain in place. However, you will have the option to upload the correct document again as many times as needed until your submission is approved.
