If you see a message about a limit on your account, it means that your account is active and approved, but currently has a limit of €500. This is because additional information may be required to increase your limit.

What happens after I upload my document?

Once you upload the required document, we will review it. If approved, the limit will be removed, and the message will no longer appear on your account.

What if I upload the wrong document?

If the document is incorrect, your limit will remain in place. However, you will have the option to upload the correct document again as many times as needed until your submission is approved.
