How to Top Up Your Account?

Before you can start exploring everything we offer—whether it's crypto, savings, loans, or investing—you’ll first need to add funds to your account.

There are two main ways to top up your Nebeus account: with cryptocurrency or with fiat money (EUR).

Option 1: Top Up with Cryptocurrency

Follow these steps to deposit crypto into your Nebeus wallet:

  1. Go to your Dashboard and click Deposit

  2. Select the cryptocurrency wallet you’d like to top up

  3. Click Continue and choose the appropriate blockchain network

⚠️ Important: Make sure you select the same network you’ll use to send your crypto. Using the wrong network may result in a loss of funds.

Option 2: Top Up Your Fiat Account

You can fund your EUR balance using any of the following methods:

a) Fund via Personal IBAN

Purchase a personal IBAN through Nebeus and send funds via a standard SEPA bank transfer.

b) Deposit EUR or GBP Without an IBAN

If you’re not eligible for a personal IBAN, or prefer to wait before creating one, you can still fund your Euro or GBP Wallet via SEPA bank transfer using an alternative method.

3. Open Banking Transfer

You may also see the Open Banking transfer option.

This feature becomes available after you have completed at least two transactions on Nebeus, regardless of the currency or transaction type.

With Open Banking, you can deposit EUR directly from your bank account by securely connecting to one of the supported banks.

Instead of manually entering bank details, you simply:

  1. Select Open Bank Transfer
  2. Choose your bank
  3. Log in to your bank securely
  4. Confirm the payment
Your bank will process the transfer instantly or within a short time.
Open Banking works with many supported banks, allowing you to deposit funds quickly and securely without needing a personal IBAN.
