Understanding PIN and Passcode for Nebeus Cards

At Nebeus, we prioritize the security of your transactions and have implemented PIN and Passcode features for our physical and virtual cards, respectively. This article aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of how these security measures function and how you can manage them effectively.

Physical Card (PIN)

Activation and Delivery: Upon card activation, a Personal Identification Number (PIN) is sent to your registered mobile number via SMS. This PIN is essential for authorizing transactions and ensuring the security of your physical card.
Resending or Changing PIN: Users have the flexibility to resend the PIN or change it directly from the Nebeus mobile app for added convenience. Please find how to get PIN in here
Usage: When making withdrawals or certain purchases with your physical card, you may be prompted to enter your PIN for verification.

Virtual Card (Passcode)

Approval Process: Once your virtual card application is approved by Nebeus, a passcode is sent to your registered mobile number via SMS. This passcode serves as the primary authentication method for virtual card transactions.
Resending Passcode: Users can easily resend the passcode to their email or request a new one by accessing the settings within the Nebeus app.
Ordering Passcode: If needed, users have the option to order a new passcode directly from the app settings.




One-Time Password (OTP):

Occasional Verification: In some instances, both physical and virtual cards may request a One-Time Password (OTP) for additional security. This OTP is sent to your registered mobile number or email, depending on your specified settings.
