External Providers of Regulated Financial Services

External Providers of Regulated Financial Services

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 on Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA), Nebeus acts as a technology integrator and auxiliary service provider, while core financial and crypto-asset services are executed exclusively through licensed external institutions, in full alignment with applicable regulation.

Some services (such as card issuance, IBAN accounts, custody, or crypto exchange) are delivered through co-branded agreements with regulated third-party providers, similar to the operational model adopted by entities like BitGo or Bittome.
